VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM AND GENERAL REGULATIONS

When: Saturday April 7th, 2012 11-4 pm
Where: Port Norfolk Babtist Church, Port Norfolk
              GPS Location: 401 Broad Street Portsmouth VA, 23707

Cost: $15 for 10x14 outdoor space; $20 per 10x8 indoor space and Raffle donation of not less than $10value (Much activity will be outdoors) Must reserve by May 31st, 2012
Tables: Bring your own or $5 per 6 ft table - must reserve by March 31st 2012​​​
      • Show is sponsored by Port Norfolk Civic League to raise funds for recreational activities for children such as the annual Bike Rodeo
      • Spaces are provided on a first come first serve basis, unless special requests aremade in advance.
      • Outdoor vendors may bring a tentcovering not to exceed a 12x12 area. 
      • If raining, show will be entirely indoors at no extra cost to outdoor vendors.
      • All vendors must be unloaded by 10:00 and set up by 10:30.
      • All vendors must stayset up until 4pm.

      • Please use our paypal system or send checks payable to the Port Norfolk CivicLeague postmarked by March. 27th, 2012 or hand delivered by March 31st, 2012
      • Crafters will be allowed to unload on Broad Street until 10am
