       BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANNED EVENTS:
        • Calf Roping:Follow a chalked course, pausing safely to place your feet on the ground, pick up a hula hoop to toss around a stool before continuing to the finish line.
        • Barrell Racing: Ride your bike in a pattern around 3 cones without knocking them over as many times as you can within a time limit. 
        • Bronco Saddling: Follow a chalked course of tight turns with some ups and downs for as long as you can without your feet leaving the pedals.
        • Quick Draw: Shoot ping pong balls off bottles with a water gun as you ride by. You win if you get all 3 in the fastest time! 
        • Rodeo Clowning: Ride over balloons popping as many as you can in a timed limit.
        • Must wear a helmet and ride a two wheeler.
        • Extra bike and helmet will be available for kids who don’t have one.

    By registering your child above you certify that you are the legal parent and guardian of that child. You acknowledge that your child may particpate in the bike rodeo and agree to release the Port Norfolk Civic League and any of its members, the City of Portsmouth, and any affiliates of any liability of injury or loss. You are aware that your child must wear a safety helmet and ride a bicycle without training wheels.
